Noel Doty

Corporate Director of Beverage

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and wine and spirits industry, Noel Doty brings a wealth of expertise and a lifelong passion for food and beverage to his role as Corporate Director of Beverage at Table & Banter Hospitality. Growing up on Orcas Island in the Pacific Northwest, Noel’s interest in food was sparked by his parents, who owned a natural food store and fish market.

Noel began his hospitality career with Vail Resorts before building an accomplished career in wine and spirits. In 2009, he passed the Court of Master Sommeliers’ Advanced Sommelier Examination, and in 2013, he earned his Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS) certification through the Society of Wine Educators, further expanding his expertise across the beverage industry.

Throughout his career, Noel has held notable roles including Head Sommelier at Wild Ginger and Director of Wine & Spirits at The Metropolitan Grill, where he was instrumental in helping both restaurants achieve Wine Spectator’s prestigious Grand Award. He later served as Fine Wine Sales Director for Young’s Market Company and as a Champagne Ambassador for Moët Hennessy.

Today, Noel brings his extensive knowledge of hospitality and wine and spirits to Table & Banter Hospitality, where he oversees beverage strategy and helps shape thoughtful, elevated beverage experiences across the company’s growing portfolio.
