The Exchange
The book exchange is the heart and soul of our cafe. Tucked away upstairs, this quant space provides a unique atmosphere to share books with your fellow community. Your last book can become your neighbors' next book and perhaps theirs can be yours.
Our only request upon taking a book is that you leave one behind to share a part of yourself with someone else. Donations are also always welcome if they meet the book exchange guidelines. We kindly ask that you do not donate or trade in textbooks, political books, religious books, or children's books. These items will be removed from the collection if donated, so please leave them at home.
The Library
The Curated Used Book Library upstairs is unlike most libraries in its function. Instead of checking a book out it is a place to grab a book to enjoy within our space. As if our cafe were your own living room and this was your personal library. We hope that you keep coming back to finish your book with us and read alongside fellow book enthusiasts. This space is meant to be the library for the community to share within our cafe. No library cards needed or due dates to remember but the books are meant for people to enjoy within our space and not to take home.
So that you can come back and continue where you left off previously. This way you and others can enjoy the same book together. When finished reading for the day we simply just ask that you return the book to the proper shelf and genre you grabbed from so the next reader can enjoy it too. Feel free to leave page markers and post-it notes in the books but please help us preserve the collection by not bending pages or writing in the books.
The Book Store
The Book Store located on the lower level is perfect for anyone who wants to purchase a book as a gift or a new bestseller for themselves. These books are always new and perfect for anyone who wants to keep up with the modern bestsellers or have a new coffee table book for their home.
